Dr Roos is a member of both the Cosmetic Physicians' Society of Australasia (CPSA) and the Australasian College of Cosmetic Medicine (ASCM). He is also the Secretary and Queensland Representative on the ASCM board.

He is a founding member of the Skin Cancer Society of Australia (SCSA), and is also a member of the Toowoomba Health Community Council and a director of R-Health - a "not for profit" organization supporting rural general practice in Southern Rural Queensland.

Having specialized in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment for over 19 years and his expertise gained in cosmetic medicine over 7 years, Dr Roos has changed the lives of many people in Toowoomba and the Downs .

Vicki Piets is a registered nurse, skin technician and licensed laser safety officer and laser technician.  Vicki is qualified to administer anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler injections under the prescription of Dr Roos.  She successfully treats clients with acne and other challenging skin conditions.   Her services also include all laser treatments such as spider veins, pigmentation, photorejuvenation, peels and permanent hair reduction.  Vicki has 18 years experience in this field.

Rachelle Sloan is a qualified skin care consultant and beauty therapist.  She is also a licensed laser safety officer and technician.  Rachelle has a passion for improving a client's skin conditions and satisfying their beauty needs.  Her services include permanent hair reduction, pigmentation, photorejuvenation, peels, acne and skin care treatments, as well as all beauty services.    Rachelle has 7 years of experience.
